Who can use it — Anyone with "view my profile" permission, which is normally everyone with an account. See Roles & Permissions for how access is set.

Where to find itMy Workspace → My Profile in the sidebar.

How to use it

At the top of the page, a hero panel shows your photo (or initials), name, public name, role, job position, and account status (Active, Pending Approval, etc.). Below it, a tabbed form holds everything you can view or edit:

  • My Work — a read-only summary: your allocations for the next 7 days, project inductions (with any needing attention), your training tickets and their status, and your current pay setup (pay level, employment type, and base/effective hourly rate).
  • Personal Details — your Profile photo, Name, Public Name, Email, Phone, and Date of Birth, plus an Emergency Contact (name, phone, relationship) and your Address.
  • Payroll & Finance — whether you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, your Tax File Number, Banking details (BSB, account number, account name — hidden with a note if your workspace manages banking externally), Superannuation (fund name, member number, fund ABN), and other employment details (Long Service Corp #, USI Number, Trade Details).
  • Safety & LogisticsShirt Size, Boot Size, Dietary Requirements / Allergies, and Medical Conditions / Injuries.
  • Notifications — toggles for Email notifications and SMS notifications, plus a control to enable push notifications on the current device.

Fill in what applies and click Save at the bottom of the form. The My Work tab is a summary only — you can't edit it here; it reflects data set elsewhere (allocations, inductions, training, pay level).

Connected pages

  • My Qualifications — where your training tickets and certificates are managed in full.
  • My HR File — your broader HR record.
  • My Notifications — your notification inbox, delivery history, and per-notification-type Email preferences. The Email/SMS toggles here are the master switch for those channels.

Tips & common mistakes

  • If Banking doesn't appear under Payroll & Finance, your workspace manages bank details externally — there's nothing missing, just a note saying so.
  • Turning off both Email and SMS notifications means you'll only see alerts inside the app — you won't be reminded off-platform.
