Trade Pack is SubGrade's suite for running customer jobs. It suits service and repair businesses of any trade: quotes, work orders, scheduling, the technician's job list, invoicing and payments.
Open it from the Suite switcher at the top of the sidebar. If your workspace runs Trade Pack on its own, you land on its Dashboard when you sign in.
These guides cover the core of the job flow:
- Work Orders — the record for each job, from request to close.
- Dispatch Board — live jobs by status, and what needs booking.
- My Jobs — the technician's job list and field actions.
- Ready for Invoice — approving finished work and billing it.
- Trade Pack Settings — your trade, defaults, invoicing and customer messages.
Trade Pack is a separate suite, so these pages appear only if your workspace has it, and each page also depends on your role. If you can't see something, ask your workspace admin.
